James Heard

James joined Challenge Partners in November 2024 as a Partnership Coordinator, working across the QA Review and Trust programmes, before moving teams to become the Fundraising and Impact Lead in December 2025.

Prior to joining Challenge Partners, James worked with a filmmaking charity based in the East of England, where he led workshops for young and disadvantaged children, and also served as a member of the Board of Trustees. James graduated from Northeastern University London with a BSc in Politics & International Relations with Psychology and is currently undertaking an MSc in Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire alongside his work at Challenge Partners.
